| Description | Music files do not play [Precondition] * SW Version : v15.502.9 * After USB Memory is formatted as NTFS on PC, Copy the MP3 files * Download the TV File Commander [Test Procedure] Booting > Insert the USB Memory > Move to TV app > Launch the TV File Commander > Music > USB Drive > Play the MP3 file [Actual Result] The 'Damaged or unsupported file type' toast pop-up occurs and is not played. Kian, We try to run another music players to make sure these music mp3 file is not corrupted. These mp3 files can be played on VLC and Equalizer+ as well. |
